Membership Information
ZTA Miami Alumnae Chapter Membership
Membership in the Miami Alumnae Chapter is open to any Zeta Tau Alpha alumna. To join our chapter, please fill out the Membership Form (ZTA Membership Form (2020-21).docx ) and pay dues by check (payable to Zeta Tau Alpha) or PayPal (via info@ztamiamialum.org, at a slightly increased amount to cover PayPal processing fees).
Membership Fees
We keep membership fees very low, knowing that members cannot attend all events. No matter your level of participation, we appreciate your support of our ZTA International Organization and our local alumnae chapter.
Dues contribute to our chapter treasury to cover the following:
To our ZTA International Organization:
- $18 to cover IO’s operating fees
- $2 to the ZTA Foundation as Second Century Fees, in support of scholarships and educational programs.
Remaining amount for our local Miami Alumnae Chapter:
- Chapter overhead, including our administrative e-mail system
- Alumnae event programming expenses
- Alumnae/Collegiate event programming expenses
- Panhellenic representative dues
- Zeta Day fundraiser
- Checking account maintenance
- Local philanthropy donations
Membership Levels
We have three membership levels.

The enhanced membership levels also give Sisters special recognition on our social media, newsletters and at meetings.
Membership Involvement
Our expectations are that members come as and when it fits their schedule -- nothing is mandatory or required. We are all very busy women and you are encouraged to participate in our fundraising, philanthropy and social events as you are able. No pressure – and we do look forward to seeing you!
We use e-mail and Facebook to send out notices and ask that you RSVP, if possible, so we can get an accurate count for planning purposes. There will always be room for you if you decide to join us at the last minute!
Opportunities for More Involvement
If you are willing, able and interested to offer some extra time to hostess or plan an event or serve for as an alumnae advisor to the Gamma Alpha Chapter or an Officer or event chair for our Alumnae Chapter, please let us know!
